I could never claim to be a real chef but I can say I am extremely passionate about sharing the same flavors I have been blessed to eat my entire life. Everything we make is true to the way it was passed down from each generation to the next dating back approximately 300 years to Calabria Italy.
Food has always been my passion. Making people happy by filling their belly’s has been my true love.

We are proud to share recipes that have been in our family for over 7 generations!
That’s right! My grandmas, grandmas, great grandparents’ recipes that originated in Calabria Italy about 300 years ago.
Then, in the early 1900’s, our family made the journey to the United States and the recipes came with them. Thankfully 😊
We want those traditions to live on…
